Grandkids Camp 2023

THEME: Where the Wild Things Are!

Fun invitations with a fun theme!

Our seven “Junior” participants were 8 months to 8 years old!
Our four “Senior” grandkids were 7 to 15 years old. Scheduling challenges kept the two oldest and busiest grandteens from being able to travel from out-of-state, so the younger two came for Grandkids Camp Senior.

Opening Ceremony

Opening Ceremony ignites the excitement with matching tee shirts and prizes and goodies in swag bags. Grandkids of all ages join in this fun! Junior and Senior each have an Opening Ceremony tailored to their age and the camp activities planned for them.

Activities

Activities can be selected to fit the ages and abilities of the grand-campers: zoo for youngers & theme parks for olders.

  • Hogle Zoo
  • Lagoon Amusement Park
  • Splash Summit Water Park
  • Hotel with Pool

Closing Ceremony

With all the parents and grandkids gathered again, it’s time for telling stories, showing crafts, gadgets, and prizes, and filling pockets with more candy from a pinata!

Preserving Memories

Every year during Closing Ceremony, each grandkid writes, draws, or scribbles a journal page to include in a memory book Grandma makes!
